General Conditions Dunas Club: 

1.1 All persons over 18 years old can apply for free access to the loyalty program by filling out the online form.

1.2 Employees of Dunas Hotels & Resorts cannot participate in the program.

1.3 Participation in the program can be cancelled by both parties at any time without the need for an explanation by email. 

1.4 Dunas Hotels & Resorts reserves the right to exclude from the program those members who have not respected the conditions of participation or who have provided false information. 

2.1 The holder can reserve in his name and for the same period up to 3 rooms maximum in the same reservation at the price of Dunas Club. 

2.2  The member starts at the first level, with a 5% discount. Once the first stay has been enjoyed, and the check-out date has been verified in the system, the system will automatically apply a 10% discount on the next booking, corresponding to the LOVE level. The third and maximum level will be obtained when you have registered a turnover of 15.000 € on the website dunashotels.com. This turnover must be reached within the established period of 36 months after joining the Dunas Club programme.

2.3 The programme level is valid for 36 months from the date of the first purchase* at hotelesdunas.com. Once this period has expired, the programme will update the discount levels of Dunas Club users taking into account whether any purchase has been made, or the value of the purchases made during the aforementioned 36-month period. For example, in the case of Dunas Club members with PASSION level, it is necessary to maintain a minimum purchase of 15,000€ during this period. If the amount is less than this amount or if there is no movement at all, the system will lower the level to the next lower one, i.e. Dunas Club LOVE.

*Purchases with confirmation of having enjoyed the stay, i.e. with verified check-out date. 

If Dunas Club members with a LOVE level do not make any movement within 36 months of joining the programme, the system will lower their level to the next lower level, i.e. Dunas Club basic level with a 5% discount. On the other hand, if they have made a purchase, they will maintain their LOVE level unless the amount equals or exceeds 15,000€ during this period, in which case they will benefit from a level upgrade to dunas Club PASSION.

2.4 The details and attention are offered exclusively to the holder of the reservation in the room he or she occupies with his or her companion.

4.1. Any modification of these conditions of participation in the program required by legal requirement will exclude the right to damages.

4.2. The Dunas Club reserves the right to modify the conditions of participation in the program at any time. The modifications will be notified to the members through the newsletter sent by e-mail or in the form of a notice posted on the website.

4.3 Dunas Club reserves the right to terminate the program without explanation or to replace it with another one. 

4.4. In case of dispute, Spanish Law will be applied. The parties are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.

In compliance with Organic Law 15/99 dated 13th December, on Protecting Personal Data, we inform you that the personal data, that you leave or send us via the listed document, will be included in the automated file owned by “DUNAS RESORTS S.L.” which is considered as file supervisor with the Tax Identification Code number (Spanish C.I.F.), B-B76235951. They will be included in the file with the purpose of management after verification of the accuracy of the data left by the applicant and whether the application complies with the requirements of the customer loyalty program. Furthermore the applicants will receive information about promotion actions and advertisement for diverse services and products of the company, birthday wishes, etc. via one of the given contact options. We inform you that the images you give us, send us or the ones we obtain from activities performed in the hotel, will be saved in the database of the company and can be published on our website, social network or offline media of the loyalty program with the aim to promote the company and the club.

Alternately and by virtue of what appears in Art. 6 of the same legal document, we inform you that your data may be transferred and treated according to the rules and legal needs of the institution. FAQ Dunas Club 

It is the customer loyalty programme of the hotel chain „Dunas“ with the aim to reward the loyalty and trust of clients in our services.

It works with 3 levels, which offer a growing series of services to the holders. It has to be reserved in the name of the holder. It starts with the first level. 

First of all, if you book your holiday directly at Dunas (using our reservation centre or our homepage), you receive a special price. Moreover you can enjoy a series of services and gifts during your stay, which increase according to the level. You also receive discounts in several companies that collaborate with the Dunas Club, presenting your identity through our Web App.

You can access through the website www.dunashotels.com, entering the section Dunas Club and filling in the online form.

In principle, no. Once registered, at least the first level is maintained, although the holder has not stayed in the hotels for more than 3 years. The Dunas Club reserves the right to cancel the membership of those who do not respect the conditions of participation.

Every company offers a different discount the holder receives when presenting your registration (and perhaps identity card).

No. The gifts apply exclusively the member and his/her partner, in the room they occupy.

Have you informed the personal at the moment of your reservation and/or arrival that you are a member of the Dunas Club? Perhaps the hotel has not received the information on time and additionally has not asked for it on your arrival, we apologize for it. If you can not find the welcome gift in your room and it does not arrive during your first day, we recommend you to inform the reception in order to correct the mistake.
