For this reason, in order to be eligible for these awards, a certificate of sustainability has been required, awarded by a third party following an inspection of the site.
The award ceremony took place at the Hotel Don Gregory, where Sonia Fernández (TUI Quality Coordinator in Gran Canaria) presented the award to Adel Hajji, Director of the hotel, accompanied by José Gil Rodríguez, Head of Reception and David Santana Suárez, Deputy Head of Kitchen.
