Many thanks to all clients participating in our online survey in December 2010. We will consider your suggestions and complaints for improving our service.
We like to present you some of the results which we are very proud of and like to share them with you.
Since the introduction of our new website of Dunas in March 2010, 42% of the Dunas Club clients decided to make an online-reservation increasing our online sales up to approx. 150% in comparison to the year before.
Furthermore, we are able to record a remarkable increase up to 260% of the online enquiries thanks to our new online registration form. We continue to improve our website.
