The general conditions of participation in the Dunas Club Program have been changed in June 2010.
According to the new point 4.4 a member becomes "inactive" if no stay in one of our hotels is filed in the three years following his last visit.. In this case the membership card will be cancelled, independently of the colour.
There will be an advice by phone or e-mail approx. 15 days before deadline so that the affected member can check and confirm that the annulations proceeds. In absence of mistakes the card will be cancelled on the announced date. Collected bonus points, that have not been exchanged for gifts before such deadline, will expire for good.
Dunas Hotels & Resorts guarantees the best online rate available on their website. If you find a lower price on any other website, we will match it. Once you have made your reservation through our website or our call centre, you have 24 hours to contact us at email@example.com and tell us that you have found a lower price on another website.
