This year, Easter will be celebrated from 18th to 24th April. During this special time many processions are organized in the cities and villages.
The most popular procession will take place in the streets of Vegueta and Triana in Las Palmas like the “Domingo de Ramos”, the procession to the honour of Ramos en la Burrita, which starts from the Parroquia de San Bernardo, the Ermita de San Telmo or on Good Friday the procession Magno Interparroquial, which starts 6.30 pm. from the Parroquia de Santo Domingo and ends at 10.30 pm forming a single procession going into the streets of Triana and Vegueta.
