Are you familiar with Flickr? It is the largest photo community of the world, in which millions of photographers write comments on photos, and rate them.

Since two years ago, we update several times a week our Flickr account - not only with new pictures from our hotels, but also with pictures from the entire island. This week the number of visualizations of our photos exceeded the 100,000 limit - which is cause for joy!

Flickr enables us to offer our customers before and after their stay at our hotels in Gran Canaria, more information and knowledge of our hotels and insider knowledge about Gran Canaria. As is known, a photo says more than 1000 words!

In the last 2 years we have brought together more than 1,300 people on Flickr as our "friends" and have received thousands of comments from other photographers, clients and lovers of Gran Canaria who want to share their illusions with us.

Our commitment to Flickr was so successful that we opened a separate group in which our Flickr contacts can upload their photos from our hotels, as well as pictures about the island. Some of these photos of the group are included in our website, always indicating the author of the same in order to be recognized before thousands of users who visit our site daily.

Here you can see an example of how a picture is integrated on the website of a hotel. If you do not know how Flickr works, we recommend you to try it out. For this purpose you don´t even have to register! Just go to the Flickr website and write "Dunas Hotels Gran Canaria" in the search box right above. Push enter and you will see a wide selection of actual pictures of our hotels and Gran Canaria.
